Is that that hCG thing? I know someone who's doing that one and lost a ton of weight but yea, she had to do some crazy stuff for it. I could never be that strict with my food intake :(

It is that hCG thing. The few people I know that have been suckered into this "plan", and claim to have lost so much weight...they don't look like they've lost that much weight. Mostly just bloating seems to be what they've lost.
I don't know about you, I'd rather weigh more resting in the fact that I've got muscles. These women have a very warped sense of what is healthy and what is important. 

I've been doing P90 for about 3 weeks. I stopped eating processed sugar and am seeing my spare tire shrink away slowly. No fancy diet just eating better and exercising. I watched a video called "Sugar the Bitter Truth". Changed the way I view sugar. I don't think I will ever drink soda or sports drinks again.

I'm off to see my hubbys Chinese practitioner this afto see what he can do for weight loss! He has done wonders for hubbys giving up smoking and has almost sorted his back problem. Fingers crossed for a weight loss miracle, as my 35lb weight gain has been put down to medication I was on which has basically knackered my metabolism I'm hoping he'll have some lotion or potion to kick start it.

Harsh but perhaps true. I dunno. I know that before I resigned myself to exercising to lose weight I tried everything else in the book to see if I could do it. My relative who does hCG has definitely lost weight. I can see it. I just couldn't do the restricted diet part. I understand you get "breaks" from time too. Anyway...to each their own. If it works for her, I'm happy for her. As long as she doesn't end up doing it long term and getting malnourished, I can support her in her efforts to lose weight.

I am only doing P90 right now which is not as hard core as p90X or Insanity. It is a way to work your way up to the harder programs. Insanity is a future goal though.
