Hi my name is vince and i use to own base hauls. We are about to pcs and we hired a company on this site to help out with the cleaning. The company advertises "FULL HOUSE CLEANS AND CARPETS FOR 120 POUNDS " I wouldnt recommend these people what so ever. They came at 4pm when they where suppose to meet us at 2:00 thats fine no big deal right....well we had to move all of our stuff to lodging so i left the money with them plus a extra 30 pound tip. I came back the next day to find that the carpets where not done correctly there was still places all over the house that where messed up and had not been cleaned. A ten year old would have done a better job. The problem is the landlord billed me 80 pounds for additional cleaning fees due to the fact that i needed to be out of the house and was unable to get a hold of this so called cleaning company after trying to call him for an hour...his ad states that "we will come back out if you dont pass inspection" and "cheap doesnt always mean bad it just means you get a good deal" So i tried to talk with him about this and was completely blown off and was treated like crap... So i figured the best thing to do was let other service members know of his rip off service so they dont get messed over like we did HIRE A PROFESSIONAL!!!

Base hauls doesnt matter anymore as i dont own it now. All i care about is letting people know what kind of "business YOU run" I gave you an option to avoid all this and that was to make things right and give me half my money back. Now i see that you manage your business just as crappy as the work you do. IF you where honest i wouldnt have gotten on here and put this up. You gave me an option??? First of all man, you sent me a very rude email, you are cocky, think you know everything and you certainly do not have any kind of class. Everybody has a right to like or not a service, even GOD himself doesnt please everyone, i would quite happily come back and redo something you were not happy with, but you acused me of taking you mower and weed eater, i have been working this for 4 years now, never have i had anyone with such complain, IM 24 years of age not once did i take something that does not belong to me. The way i see it you compromised your guarantee when you said i took your stuff.

Im very sorry it turn out that way, but i will not reclean your house, as i dont want to be acused of anything else you sell and say i took it.

Dont even think for a second i dont care about my costumers, but you are only a costumer for as long as you business with me, and minute you insult me like that you finished all your business with me. i have hear and read some much sh*t about you Vince White.

Its kind of funny that your help asked about the mower and it was gone the next day. i lived at this house for three years and nothing was ever stolen. So even if you didnt steal it my main problem is your quality of work and me having to re pay for the house to be clean...so yeah i was a little pissed that i paid you 140 pounds and still had to pay 80 more because you showed 2 hrs late and rushed through the job. Yes i am cocky soo who cares if im cocky or rude. i am rude when i need to be but always try to be nice first. yeah i have rubbed a few people the wrong way but by few i mean maybe 10 or 15 out of 100 jobs a month for three years thats like 3600 customers ive helped. so yeah 15 out of 3600. like i said this isnt about me though....you keep saying in your emails and on this thread if i persist there will be consequences but you do nothing...i can meet you in person to settle our debt email me the time n place. Word of advice the longer you take to settle up the more ill post. ill be on here for as long as you advertise telling others about your crap service. If you are a legal business whats your business name????

One more thing. its hard for people to complain about a pcs service since they are leaving usually within 10 days and are to busy to worry about it. 

When we PCS'd we worried about cleaning our house on Liberty Village. We read reviews and such but in the end we ended up doing it ourselves. They honestly didn't even check that thoroughly during the final inspection....we worked HARD and cleaned behind everything that we could, mopped, vacuumed, swept, cleaned everything very carefully into the wee hours of the night. Turns out it didn't matter...the lady walked in looked around, opened a drawer, opened the fridge/freezer and looked around upstairs. It took about 10 minutes....and she said "You passed". We were stunned, all that work and she didn't check any of it.

So in my humble opinion it's truly a waste of money to hire a cleaning company and spend 100 quid or so....unless your house is super dirty. We kept it pretty clean most of the time considering we have two kids that leave typical messes everywhere.

Basically it was much ado about nothing.

No worries man! We didn't have alot of time either....we got it all done the day before the final inspection. Skin of the teeth situation. 

Since my help doesnt speak english, how about we meet in the Police station in Mildenhall? he doesnt drive, doesnt speak english and certainly does not need anything like in his record for me to fire him. Just let me know when you wannna meet me at the police station and we will go there, they can help both me and you. let me know what you think.

Yeah, I can understand....but being prior military myself...I'm used to "white glove" inspections. Our final out inspection for our house at our previous base was way more stringent. They looked for stuff everywhere. 

simple pay me half my money back or ill keep telling people about your service.Once again whats your business licensed name....if you dont provide this to me and the other people who are reading this as well it proves you are an illegal business in the uk...i was legal when i ran mine so i know all the proper channels to get you reported for tax evasion...i can be your worst enemy or a simple speed bump. A real business man would pay his due and move on just to drop all the negativity of all this.

I agree with O.o.

I lived off base and our final out was horrid. She checked EVERYTHING (she even got in our closets) and took a good 45 minutes to go through our tiny house. we had BaseLets, and even though the house was crap the inspection was crazy. You are lucky to have an easy final out, as those off base sometimes do not.

However, I hired CA Clean, he was amazing and it was such a relief. He did both our final outs and both where very intense in their inspections. 

Lol, can't belive Vince is complaining about someone doing a crappy job. Take a look in the mirror! Although I'm sure you will try and deny it. You're a liar and I'm sure it's not the first time you have tried to spread lies about another business... 

my business ive done here has been most excellent but like ive said several times this is not a topic about my business just a personal problem ive had with this particular cleaning company. I have no reason to lie about this business as i dont clean and have no ties to any cleaning companies...and im pcsing. so yeah no reason to make false statements. this topic will no be locked.
