Does anyone know if there are any proper Kickboxing training on MH or LK base gyms?
i used to do this several years ago & want to get back in to it, great exercise/fitness, competitive & disciplined; i miss doing that.
i am referring to contact sparing not the cardio exercise program.
i know there are a few training classes off base (bury/newmarket) but they start quite late in the evening & you cant go to sleep when still pumped from training! 

I am not interested in traveling to Bse/Newmarket. Hence asking about local to the bases.
I have already looked at all these other ones and none run at a suitable time for me. They run too late in the evening.

TBB, I'm thinking you didn't get a "thanks" because LP clearly stated in the title and opening post that they wanted something on base. I know I get annoyed when my question isn't answered correctly because someone didn't take the time to fully read it before replying-- happens ALL THE TIME on LYS with things I'm selling or buying.

sorry only just got back to this as i have been too busy last month or so.

sorry but yes i only am interested in very local training. i already know allllllllll about the Newmarket & BSE training schools. so initially no the question hasnt been answered... & doesnt look likely to be unless someone opens a local training class.....?
