Hey folks, I know once you turn loose of an item for whatever reason you no longer have a say in what one does with it, but be aware that if you drop items in the charity trailer at the household waste site near the five ways, it may end up in the Saturday auction at Eriswell Hall Barns. Personally, I'm just glad the crap is out of my garage, but it sucks to know it's not going to the good cause I intended when I placed it in the trailer. Had I known someone was going to make a little scratch off my trash, I may have gone through the trouble of bringing it to Airman's Attic instead.

selling items is often the best way of getting money FOR these charities. how/where they sell the stuff is up to them.
i do not give money to charity, instead i give them my time. its too easy for people to just give money, mean more if you actually help in my eyes.

Are you sure that Eriswell Barn arent selling it on behalf of the charities? Didn't even know the 'tip' had a charity trailer.

No, I don't know that. I just know I won't be placing items in that trailer anymore - it's all going to Airman's Attic.

You could take your stuff to the St Nicholas Hospice Shop in Mildenhall, you can park behind the shop to drop off.
