Since reading the post about on base, what about off base? We always hear about the places where NOT to go...How about the few which are outstanding?

We've taken both our American spec vehicles there for the yearly MOT. They've always given us prompt, great service. If they find a problem, they do what the can to correct it rather then give it back and make you scramble.

I use to love going to Focus in Thetford! It just stinks that they have closed and now became a B&Q! I have not been in there since!

Yeah it stinks!! I live in Thetford so used to go to Focus all the time! They also built a Wickes across the street from Focus before it went out of business (not sure if it had anything to do with it). It is not nearly as good though! Just a bunch of overpriced stuff!
