Does anyone know who is in charge of the storage units in front of housing/ across from the shoppette on RAF Mildenhall?

I called housing to ask them and they said that they had nothing to do with them.

I was wondering if they are available to housing residents and how to go about getting one if they are. 

I know that RAF Lakenheath has storage units on Feltwell that is run by outdoor Rec so maybe you should call Outdoor Rec on Mildenhall
