Has anyone else seen this strange animal run across Wangford Rd? It LOOKS like a miniature wiener dog, I mean IT IS THE SIZE OF A HOT DOG BUN!! It is dark brown and looks like a squirrel with no tail. I saw one the other day when I was riding with my friend and it freaked us both out!! Then we saw another one right outside Feltwell base. When we saw the first one we both shouted "What the #$%$&% was that?!?!" then it ran into the field on the other side of the road. Then just sat there so confused on what it could have been. We both agreed it looked like a hot dog bun sized wiener dog. 

It could be a polecat. Not skunk. They are wild here. They relatives of Ferrets. They are brown and have a very short tail. 

hahaha I see them all the time when driving at night I just assumed someones ferrets escaped. They are cute and I love your description of them lol. 

It was proberbly a stoat or weasel they aer both small animals that live in the hedge rows . 

Sorry it took so long to reply to all your reply messages. It looked JUST like a polecat!! When I posted this bulletin I had googled "Hot Dog Bun Sized Wiener Dog Squirrel with No Tail" and other things in Suffolk, England and the closet thing I found that looked like it was the weasel.

3+ years of living here and I had NEVER see that little animal before!! Hhahaha, thanks everyone!! They mystery has been solved.
