So they came out took my money and didn't show up to two different cleaning times when they did they folded dirty laundry and reorganized stuff...i guess to get out of having to clean. Also, the day i was going to fire the cleaner they didn't show up and i have stuff missing. Clean yourself or don't use an agency rip off!

yes the agency came out and got my money and the cleaner they sent me didn't show up for two weeks. I was going to cancel they offered me a free clean i took it while they cashed my crazy management fee and the clean was my kids room and my dirty laundry being folded no actually cleaning. To top it off was the missing things and putting my blades in the bottom cabinets when i have toddlers... crazy or slow either way don't waste your time or money 

So to sum all this up then your title

I am very sorry to hear that you have been left dissatisfied with Suffolk Maids Ltd and that you have been unable to locate the miscellaneous kitchen equipment. As I previously explained, we do find that every householder has their own individual needs and likewise the housekeepers may have varying ways of completing tasks. We do however endeavour to provide a housekeeper who can slip easily into the household and provide a service which will be of great help to the customer.

Occasionally housekeepers can take a visit or two to get use to the household. Other times the match is simply not right, this is very rare but in this case we will always offer a replacement housekeeper from our register.

In your particular case we sent a housekeeper for your approval whom gets glowing reviews from her other customers many of which have young children or are people with limited mobility. Therefore I felt that she was a housekeeper who is used to varying households and would serve you well. In your case the housekeeper was unreliable which was odd and very out of character.

It was a great shame that in this instance we got the match wrong, however we did offer you a free clean, which you accepted and also a replacement housekeeper, which you declined. When we mutually decided to cease the contract we sent you a refund of all but two visits fees.

We are extremely disappointed on the rare occasions that things do not work out and therefore act quickly to rectify the situation or to ensure that no one is left out of pocket.

I do not believe there is anything else we could of offered, however if there is anything further we may be able to do then please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Is this company affiliated with 'merry maids' ? 

No Suffolk Maids Ltd is not affliliated with Merry Maids. Merry Maids works by providing a team of cleaners to visit you whizz around your home and clean and then leave and visit again when next called. I am not sure if they are still operating in the Mildenhall area, I believe it is a franchise.
