I wonder what is "Boot Camp" about it. I totally NEED people screaming at me. Otherwise I lack motivation. 

I barely get home from work before 1700 and there is no way I can make it over there at lunch! I work on RAFL! I wish they were doing on RAFL. I know I need to lose 18lbs before we go back to the states!!! That is my goal! I only have til MAY!!!! If only I had more time on a daily basis! GGRRR!!! 

Jenh-Have you tried weight watchers? I've lost 17lb since October through it, and it's fairly easy :)

You know I was just talking about WW today! I saw a lot of the stuff on LYS for sale and asked Hubby, got the eye roll. We try to Clean Eat but we also just quit smoking earlier this month so the whole snacking thing comes into play! I just need to workout!!!! That is usually what speeds up my metabolism. 

RAFL at one point was doing a bootcamp but the cost was close to $300 I think. 

Jenh- I also recommend Weight Watchers. I've lost 31 pounds in 22 weeks. I just hit my goal weight last week. It really does work! I go the Red Lodge meetings on Thursday nights at 6:30. 

Oh man more power to all of you! Boot camp scares me though. :) I don't like being yelled at cuz I'm liable to yell back! Now...give me a cardio kickboxing class and I'll sign right up!

Ha! Then I shall try to make that time! I'm usually well out of the gym by that time but with the new job I think it might be feasible. :)

Ohh okay. Hmmmm You think it will be on for a bit? I'm not sure when I'm starting the new jobby job but the end time is about then and it's close to Lakenheath too. :) 

It only goes for an hour, sometimes she gets a late start, but I know some folks show a bit late. No biggie, she also does it on Tueday's but hubby has late meetings and can't pick up my youngest.
