Just wondering if their blouses/tops run big or small. Or are they true to size? 

They've been pretty true to size for me. But as you might know, it's all about how your "girls" sit... If you always have a problem with finding nice form fitting blouses, it tends to be a little worse with VS. Unless you buy their bras...which I think are the best anyway ;)

I find them true to form. I have not ordered in several years but was very pleased with all items I received. From bathing suits to lingerie. Never tried the bras though. 

I'm only able to order panties since they don't carry my size :( But anytime I order from there it get's here fast :)
