Has anyone been to Horner Bros in Mildenhall for work or a light conversion and walked out feeling ripped off? I am gathering information on the company and would like hear about any of your experiences 

Really??? We've used their services quite a bit and they've always provided us w/ great and reasonably priced repairs etc. We thought something was majorly wrong w/ our SUV and turns out it was just a simple wire - they could've said it was anything and charged us lots of money but as it was found the problem and fixed it for under 100 pounds.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience w/ them but my husband and I would totally recommend them based on our experiences. 

What "Liz" forgot to mention is that I quoted her for an item of work to her vehicle, which she accepted. I carried out the work quoted for, and charged the quoted amount. I have already explained this in a letter to her.

I will give my two cents about Horner Bros. I found them very polite and helpful and their prices very fair. I've delt with them a few times and would not hesitate to take my cars back to them.
Just wanted to toss that out there.

top notch service, have been recommending them to anyone who needs work doing for years.
they work on my motorcycle when i cant figure out what the problem is & i dont just let anyone touch my bikes.
