im a mother of 3 trying to raise some extra cash and i wondered if anyone needs any ironing doing and just hasnt the time to do it,i will.im charging £5,£9,£14 depending on how big your washing basket is and i also take dollers please let me know if you think this is a waste of time? 

no, go for it :) Do you know if there are any other ironing services in the area? you could compare your prices to theirs... 

i looked it up on the internet and it seems the closet person that is doing it is thetford,but im not sure what they charge.i just feel like maybe its not what people want/or maybe charging too much? as i have been advertising on all the website and nothing??????

You should advertize that you can iron BDU's! I know when my hubby used to wear BDU's I would avoid ironing them at all costs! I HATED doing it! I bet a lot of other people feel the same! Good luck, I'll keep you in mind if I need some ironing done! 

i used to work for sure clean on raf lakenheath but it was when i was alot younger and not quite sure if i remember how to do the bdu's,i need to practice it again,lol. thanks denise 

Have you thought about doing a alterations service too maybe? Having stripes sewn on can be pricey and Im sure you would have some buisness-esp if it's quick. :) Just a thought. Or for another career choice--have you thought of babysitting? altho three kids-I cant imagine! Hope that helps a bit
